We’ve seen a number times when a personal injury lawyer and a DWI lawyer can butt heads. Obviously when there a situation when an insurance company is looking to defend it’s bankroll the DWI defense attorney of the accused may come into question. Imagine this: The personal injury company wants to prove the defendant wasn’t drunk to limit their exposure to claims. If the defendant wasn’t drunk, and the DWI lawyer got the case thrown out, this could have serious implications in court. I know it seems weird but crazier things have happened.
